Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: April 06, 2025
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Bravo Printing website, including any account features, and all orders for products and services placed online, by phone, by email, or in person. By accessing the website, creating an account, requesting a quote, approving a proof, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you place an order on behalf of a company, organization, or other person, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website or place an order.
1. Acceptance and Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to the website, quotes, proofs, design work, printing, signs, apparel, bindery, finishing, direct mail, shipping, pickup, and other products or services provided by Bravo Printing.
Additional written terms shown in a quote, invoice, product page, proof, order confirmation, or separate service agreement are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. If a specific written term conflicts with a general term on this page, the specific written term for that order will control.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the website or place an order. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the website and the products or services you order complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Orders submitted in a false name, with unauthorized payment information, or for fraudulent or unlawful purposes may be rejected, canceled, and reported to the appropriate authorities.
3. Website Access, Accounts, and Security
If the website allows you to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information and to update it when necessary.
Notify Bravo Printing promptly if you believe your account or payment information has been used without authorization. Bravo Printing may suspend or terminate access to an account when misuse, fraud, a security concern, or a violation of these Terms and Conditions is suspected.
4. Products, Services, Quotes, and Availability
Product images, samples, descriptions, specifications, materials, finishes, and prices are provided for general reference. Availability may change based on inventory, supplier availability, equipment capacity, and production requirements.
Quotes are based on the information available when issued and remain valid only for the period stated in the quote. Changes to quantity, size, stock, artwork, finishing, shipping, delivery, or production requirements may require a revised quote. Bravo Printing may substitute a reasonably comparable material only after communicating the change when the substitution could materially affect the finished product.
5. Customer Order Responsibility
The customer is responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details, including product, quantity, dimensions, orientation, paper or material, color, finishing, mailing information, pickup or shipping method, delivery address, and requested completion date.
An order is not ready for production until Bravo Printing has received complete instructions, usable artwork or design information, required payment, and final proof approval when a proof is provided. Missing or incorrect information may place the order on hold and delay production.
6. Artwork and File Requirements
Customers are responsible for submitting artwork that is suitable for the selected product and production method. Files should be supplied at the correct dimensions, resolution, color mode, bleed, margins, page order, orientation, and file format.
Unless Bravo Printing agrees to correct the files as a paid service, Bravo Printing is not responsible for problems contained in customer-supplied artwork, including misspellings, grammar, punctuation, incorrect contact information, low-resolution images, missing fonts, missing linked files, incorrect page order, transparency, overprint, crop marks, dielines, bleeds, folds, orientation, alignment, or color settings.
- Use print-ready PDF files whenever possible.
- Use CMYK color mode for commercial printing unless another color specification is approved.
- Provide sufficient image resolution for the selected output size.
- Include the required bleed and keep important content inside the safe margin.
- Do not submit irreplaceable original artwork, photographs, storage media, or other one-of-a-kind materials unless Bravo Printing agrees in writing to receive them.
7. Proofs and Approval
When Bravo Printing provides a digital or physical proof, the customer must carefully review all text, images, layout, size, bleeds, folds, orientation, quantities, materials, and finishing instructions. A proof is intended to confirm content and layout; it is not always an exact representation of final printed color, texture, finish, or scale.
Approval of a proof authorizes Bravo Printing to begin or continue production. Once a proof is approved or an order enters production, the customer accepts responsibility for the approved content and specifications. Changes requested after approval may require additional charges and a revised completion date.
8. Pricing, Taxes, Promotions, and Quotations
All prices are stated in United States dollars unless otherwise indicated. Prices may exclude sales tax, postage, shipping, delivery, installation, design, file correction, setup, and other charges unless those items are expressly included in the quote or order confirmation.
Applicable taxes will be charged unless the customer provides a valid and accepted resale or exemption certificate before the order is processed. Promotions, coupons, credits, and discounts may have separate conditions, may not be combined, and do not apply retroactively unless expressly stated.
Bravo Printing may correct a pricing, calculation, description, or availability error before production. If an error materially changes the order, the customer may approve the correction or cancel the affected item for a refund of the amount paid for that item.
9. Payment
All prices and dollar amounts on the website are in United States dollars. Bravo Printing presently accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, together with any other payment methods displayed at checkout or approved in writing. Bravo Printing may stop accepting a payment method or card issuer at any time.
By submitting payment information, you represent that the information is valid, current, authentic, and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payment information may be processed and securely retained by a third-party payment processor. Bravo Printing does not require or claim direct possession of a customer’s complete card number when the payment processor stores a tokenized payment method.
Unless Bravo Printing agrees otherwise in writing, orders must be paid in full when placed and before production begins. Some electronic transactions may require additional review or processing beyond card authorization, which may affect the estimated production or delivery date.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, refused, or later rejected, Bravo Printing may place the order on hold or cancel it without liability for resulting delay. If changes to an existing order create additional charges, those charges must be paid before the revised work proceeds and may be charged to the original payment method only when the customer has authorized that use.
If Bravo Printing and the customer agree in writing to an alternative payment arrangement and payment is not received within five business days after the due date, Bravo Printing may suspend work, cancel the order, pursue the unpaid balance, or charge an authorized payment method on file if the customer previously provided express authorization.
10. Order Changes and Cancellation
A print order may be canceled before it enters production. A cancellation request is not effective until Bravo Printing confirms it. Before production begins, Bravo Printing will advise the customer of any cancellation charges for design, prepress, proofs, setup, materials, payment processing, or other work already performed.
Once an order enters production or any production process has begun, the order cannot ordinarily be changed or canceled and no refund will be issued for a change of mind, an incorrect customer selection, or an error in customer-approved content. No refunds are issued for logo or graphic design services after design work has begun.
Approved refunds will be initiated promptly. Depending on the bank or payment provider, the credit may take up to ten business days to appear after the refund is processed.
If Bravo Printing has not received complete and usable files, required information, or customer approval within forty-five days after an order is placed, Bravo Printing may cancel the order. Any refund will be determined after accounting for nonrefundable design, setup, materials, or other work already completed and previously disclosed to the customer.
11. Production Turnaround
Production turnaround begins only after Bravo Printing has received full payment, complete order information, usable print-ready artwork, and final proof approval when required. Time spent waiting for customer responses, corrected artwork, additional payment, or revised approval is not included in production turnaround.
Turnaround times are stated in business days and are estimates unless Bravo Printing expressly guarantees a completion date in writing. Production turnaround does not include shipping transit time, mailing time, installation, or time required by a third-party carrier or postal service.
Rush production is available only when Bravo Printing confirms it in writing and may require an additional nonrefundable charge. A requested event date or deadline is not guaranteed unless it is expressly accepted in writing as part of the order.
12. Holiday Closures and Delays
Weekends, federal holidays, announced business closures, and non-production days are not included when calculating business-day turnaround. Holiday periods and unusually high production volume may extend estimated completion dates.
If Bravo Printing cannot ship covered merchandise within the stated shipment time, or within the period required by applicable law when no shipment time is stated, Bravo Printing will provide the customer with an opportunity to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped portion for a prompt refund, as required by law.
13. Shipping Prices, Delivery, and Pickup
Shipping prices are based on factors such as destination, package dimensions, weight, carrier, service level, insurance, and handling requirements. A shipping amount shown before final packaging may be adjusted if the actual shipment differs materially from the original estimate.
Delivery and arrival dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Bravo Printing is responsible for preparing the order and tendering it to the selected carrier. After tender to the carrier, delays, loss, or damage may be subject to the carrier’s terms and claims process. Bravo Printing will reasonably assist with a carrier claim but does not guarantee the carrier’s decision or delivery schedule.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Reshipment caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or recipient unavailability may require an additional nonrefundable shipping and handling charge.
Orders selected for local pickup must be collected at the Bravo Printing location during available business hours. Identification or order confirmation may be required. Orders left unclaimed for an extended period may be subject to storage, shipment, or disposal after reasonable notice to the customer.
14. Return, Reprint, Credit, and Refund Policy
Most Bravo Printing products are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged because the customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong item, supplied incorrect information, or approved an error. This limited return policy should be reviewed before placing an order.
A customer who believes an order contains a production defect, incorrect product, or incorrect quantity caused by Bravo Printing must report the issue within ten calendar days after delivery or pickup. The customer must provide the order number, a clear description of the issue, photographs of the product and packaging, and the quantity affected.
Bravo Printing may require the customer to return all or part of the affected order within a reasonable time. If Bravo Printing confirms a production defect for which it is responsible, the remedy may be a reprint, correction, house credit, partial credit, or refund of the affected portion, as reasonably determined by Bravo Printing and permitted by law.
Expedited production charges, postage, and shipping charges are generally nonrefundable after the related service has been performed or committed. Direct-mail claims and remedies are evaluated case by case because postage, mailing lists, postal processing, and third-party services may already have been used.
Bravo Printing is not responsible for customer-approved errors, customer-supplied file problems, normal production tolerances, expected material variation, improper storage or use, installation by others, or carrier damage and delay.
15. Color, Materials, Quantity, and Production Tolerances
Colors displayed on a monitor or electronic proof may differ from printed colors. Differences may result from screen settings, RGB-to-CMYK conversion, ink, toner, substrate, coating, lighting, equipment, and the production method used. Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a specific color-matching service is included in writing.
Commercial printing may involve reasonable variation in color, cutting, folding, scoring, perforation, placement, registration, finish, dimensions, and material texture. Borders close to a cut line may appear uneven because of normal cutting movement.
Unless the quote expressly requires an exact quantity, custom print production may result in an overrun or underrun of up to ten percent. The customer will be charged only as stated in the quote or order confirmation. Comparable paper or material substitutions may be used only as described in the Products, Services, Quotes, and Availability section.
16. Graphic Design Services
Graphic design charges cover the time, skill, revisions, and production preparation performed by Bravo Printing. Design fees are nonrefundable after work begins, even if the customer later decides not to print or use the design.
The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving final design content before production. Unless a quote expressly includes editable source files or a transfer of ownership, the customer receives the approved final output identified in the quote, while working files, templates, licensed fonts, licensed stock assets, and internal production files remain with Bravo Printing or their respective licensors.
Any transfer of copyright or editable source files must be stated in a separate written agreement and may require additional payment.
17. Direct Mail and Third-Party Services
Customers using direct-mail or fulfillment services are responsible for providing lawful, accurate, and properly formatted mailing lists, addresses, quantities, and instructions. The customer is responsible for obtaining any required consent to use personal information contained in a mailing list.
Bravo Printing may coordinate with postal services, carriers, installers, suppliers, or other third parties. Bravo Printing does not guarantee delivery to every address, delivery on a particular date, postal acceptance of inaccurate data, or any response rate or business result from a mailing or campaign.
Postage, permits, mailing fees, and third-party charges may be nonrefundable once purchased, submitted, or committed.
18. Use of Artwork and Completed Work
The customer grants Bravo Printing permission to reproduce, resize, convert, impose, modify for production, and otherwise use submitted artwork as reasonably necessary to prepare and complete the order.
Unless the customer provides a written confidentiality request before production, Bravo Printing may photograph or retain reasonable samples of completed, non-confidential work for quality records, physical samples, a portfolio, social media, or marketing. Bravo Printing will not knowingly display confidential personal information, private mailing lists, or materials that the customer has identified in writing as confidential.
19. Information and Content You Submit to Us
The customer is solely responsible for all text, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, mailing lists, personal information, messages, files, and other content submitted to Bravo Printing.
By submitting content, the customer represents that the content is accurate where accuracy is required, that the customer owns it or has all necessary permissions, and that Bravo Printing’s use of the content to complete the order will not violate any law or third-party right.
The customer grants Bravo Printing a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, adapt for production, transmit to necessary service providers, and otherwise process the content only as reasonably necessary to quote, design, produce, deliver, support, document, or resolve the order.
Bravo Printing may preserve or disclose submitted content when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, enforce these Terms and Conditions, investigate fraud or infringement, resolve a dispute, or protect the rights and safety of Bravo Printing, its customers, and the public.
20. Prohibited Uses and Right to Refuse Service
You may not use the website or Bravo Printing services to submit, produce, transmit, or distribute content that Bravo Printing reasonably believes is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, obscene, exploitative, infringing, deceptive, or harmful, or that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
You may not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass security, access another user’s account, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy website content without permission, place false or speculative orders, or use unauthorized payment information.
Reproductions of currency, checks, identification documents, securities, stamps, government documents, or other regulated materials will be accepted only when the customer demonstrates that the reproduction is lawful and meets all applicable requirements.
Bravo Printing may refuse or cancel a job that it reasonably believes violates these Terms and Conditions or applicable law. The customer remains responsible for charges for lawful work, design, setup, materials, or services completed before the refusal or cancellation.
21. Website Content, Errors, Corrections, and Changes
Bravo Printing attempts to keep website content accurate and current but does not guarantee that every description, image, price, availability notice, measurement, turnaround estimate, or technical specification is complete or error-free.
Bravo Printing may correct typographical, pricing, calculation, product, or technical errors; update or remove content; modify product specifications; or cancel an affected order. If Bravo Printing cancels an order because of a website error, it will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion.
Bravo Printing may update the website, suspend features, perform maintenance, or discontinue a feature without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.
22. Intellectual Property
The Bravo Printing website, company name, logos, page designs, photographs, graphics, written content, software, and other original materials are owned by Bravo Printing or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for ordinary personal use of the website as a shopping and information resource, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, modify, frame, scrape, sell, or commercially exploit website content without prior written authorization.
No right, title, or ownership interest in Bravo Printing intellectual property is transferred by your use of the website or purchase of a product or service.
23. Third-Party Links, Platforms, and Services
The website may use or link to third-party payment processors, carriers, social media platforms, mapping services, plugins, or other services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Bravo Printing is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or decisions, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.
24. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. Bravo Printing does not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
Products and services are provided according to the approved order specifications and any express written warranty included with the order. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes an express warranty or an implied warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bravo Printing’s total liability arising from an affected order will not exceed the amount paid to Bravo Printing for the affected product or service.
Bravo Printing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business, lost opportunities, missed events, loss of data, or replacement costs, arising from the website, customer-supplied content, an approved proof, a production delay, a carrier delay, or use of a product, even if the possibility of such damages was known.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
26. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, the customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bravo Printing and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from customer-submitted content, the customer’s lack of rights or permission, the customer’s violation of law, the customer’s misuse of the website or products, or the customer’s violation of these Terms and Conditions.
27. Force Majeure
Bravo Printing is not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, fire, flood, natural disaster, epidemic, government action, labor disruption, utility or internet failure, carrier disruption, supplier shortage, equipment failure, civil disturbance, war, terrorism, or other comparable events.
Bravo Printing will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and resume performance when reasonably possible. Payment remains due for work and materials already completed or committed.
28. Privacy and Electronic Communications
Bravo Printing handles personal information according to its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference and available on the website.
By creating an account, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to receive transactional communications regarding proofs, artwork issues, payments, production, delays, pickup, shipping, and order status. Transactional communications are necessary to complete the order and are separate from optional marketing communications.
You are responsible for keeping your email address, phone number, billing information, and delivery information current and for checking messages related to your order.
29. Termination and Suspension
Bravo Printing may suspend or terminate website access, an account, or an order when the customer violates these Terms and Conditions, fails to pay, engages in fraud or abuse, creates a security risk, or submits unlawful content.
Termination does not eliminate obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations, approved production charges, intellectual property rights, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability.
30. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and Conditions and transactions with Bravo Printing are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law, disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions, the website, or an order will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Orange County, California.
31. Severability, Waiver, Assignment, and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
A failure by Bravo Printing to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right. The customer may not assign an order or these Terms and Conditions without prior written consent. Bravo Printing may assign its rights and obligations in connection with a sale, transfer, or reorganization of the business.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the applicable quote, proof, invoice, order confirmation, Privacy Policy, and any other written order-specific terms, form the entire agreement regarding the website and the order and supersede prior discussions on the same subject.
32. Changes to These Terms
Bravo Printing may update these Terms and Conditions by posting a revised version on the website and changing the Last Updated date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.
The terms in effect when an order is submitted will generally govern that order, together with any later written change agreed to by Bravo Printing and the customer.
